This week, we gather around The Flame — exploring daily rituals, energy, and the quiet devotion it takes to keep our self-love burning steady.
Week Two — The Flame

Daily Rituals & Energy — Self-love is energy. It’s a flame that needs tending, devotion, and care. This week we explore rituals that keep that flame alive.
📖 The Lesson
This week, we’ll explore the flame as an aspect of self love. Our energy is precious. We’ll be exploring rituals to enhance our confidence, energy, and self love. We will also explore practices to honor our boundaries, respect our energy, and make space for rest.
The “flame” of self love is fragile if ignored, wild if over-fueled, steady and guiding when tended with care.

the breath of presence:
a short breathing excercise for you to use to get present before moving forward with this lesson. plus you can keep it with you anytime you’d like to release some energy and come back into the body!
sit comfortably
softly close your eyes
put one hand on your heart
and the other on your low belly
visualize a triangle
breathe in for 5 seconds, lighting up side 1
hold for 5 seconds, lighting up side 2
exhale for 5 seconds, lighting up side 3
continue this for 5-15 rounds

a vital aspect of the practice and journey of self love is learning how to properly nourish ourselves. this doesn’t only mean physically, it also means energetically, mentally, and spiritually. when we are living in distraction and self abandonment, we often forget to care for ourselves. in many ways, it can feel like self-neglect.
this week, i want you to think of yourself like the most precious thing in the world. step into the role of a mother or a devoted bestfriend, for yourself. when we learn to tend to ourselves gently, patiently, and carefully our whole reality shifts.
we say no to things that don’t serve us because we’ve first spent time finding what that is. (thats what we’ll be doing this week, noting and mapping!)
we say yes to the people, places, and things that fuel us because we know how good it makes us feel. (long term, not quick dopamine hits!)
we cleanse, clear, and refresh our energy just like we would our bedrooms, cars, and closets.
✧.* there was a time where i had absolutely no idea how to care for myself, and there was also a time when i knew how but chose not to. these practices keep me alive but most of all they help me feel deeply connected to myself. it is so worth your time to take care of yourself.
